PeopleToo LLC was founded in 2018 by Javier O. Delgado. This venture has been a long time coming after more than 41 years of experience in the fields of executive management & human resource development. Our founder has worked in those two fields in over 50 countries.
Javier's collective experience has given him a sense that the knowledge, skills, & abilities learned & practiced during his long corporate career can help CEO's,entrepreneurs, managers, or anyone that is involved in the workplace today. Mr. Delgado is a professional management executive with over 42 years of experience working in multinational organizations. He has degrees in business administration, economics & human resources.
Javier O. Delgado has held many important leadership positions with Fortune 500 Corporations in the fields of sales, marketing, product management, executive management, training & development, matrix operations, & most recently in human resource management.

He has traveled to 70 countries in these business capacities throughout North America, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, & the Asia Pacific basin for 3M CO, Black & Decker, Duracell, PSEG, SCI & Oasis Outsourcing. He has been instrumental in developing & growing these organizations with sustainable, profitable results.
Mr. Delgado is a certified* executive coach, consultant, public speaker, trainer, & teacher, he is GPHR, PHR & HRBP certified by HRCI & UNC Chapel Hill . He is a member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team (JMT)* & also was named by Glocoach.com as one of the top 100 Coaches Globally practicing today worldwide; he has thought-leadership expertise in the latest management trends. He is also trilingual. Currently, Javier resides in Weston, Florida, USA with his family.
